I am a vegan activist, chef, coach and food consultant in a mission to make the world more ‘vegan friendly’.
I hold a Master in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma as Vegan Macrobiotic Chef. I have traveled around the world for work and pleasure, discovering local vegan cuisine and diving in stunning underwater nature.I actively volunteer for Sea Shepherd, Anonymous for the Voiceless and Lega Anti Vivisezione, but I prefer to outreach meat-lovers with succulent dinners.
Originally from Vicenza (Italy), I have been based in Sydney (Australia) for 6 years. Now I consider myself a citizen of the world.
